05、PRP 的成份

PRP的成份
當高濃度血小板血漿血小板被活化時,一系列的生長因子由血小板釋放。這些濃縮生長因子立即開始癒合過程。Endogenous Growth Factors Involved in Wound Healing 參與創面癒合的內源性生長因子

一、Epithelial Growth Factor (EGF) 上皮生長因子
1、53-amino acid polypeptide chain 53個氨基酸的多肽鏈
2、Released during platelet degranulation  在血小板脫顆粒時釋放
3Stimulate re-epithelialization, angiogenesis, and collagenase activity 促進上皮再增生,血管生成,和膠原酶活性


Fibroblast Growth Factor (FGF) 纖維母細胞生長因子
1  Stimulate angiogenesis 刺激血管生成
2  Stimulate endothelial cell proliferation 刺激內皮細胞增殖
3  Stimulate collagen synthesis 刺激膠原蛋白的合成
4  Stimulate wound contraction 刺激傷口收縮

三、Platelet Derived Growth Factor (PDGF) 血小板源性生長因子

3  Stimulates chemotaxis 刺激細胞趨化

Transforming Growth Factor - Beta (TGF-β) 轉化生長因子 - β
1  Stimulates undifferentiated mesenchymal cell proliferation 刺激間質細胞增殖分化
2  Regulates endothelial, fibroblastic and osteoblastic mitogenesis 調節內皮細胞,成纖維細胞和成骨細胞的增生
3  Regulates collagen synthesis and collagenase secretion 調節膠原合成和分泌膠原酶
4  Regulates mitogenic effects of other growth factors 有絲分裂調控影響其他生長因子

2  Produced by activated platelets, macrophages, and keratinocytes 由活化之血小板,巨噬細胞和角質形成細胞生產
3  Stimulates mesenchymal, epithelial, and endothelial cell growth 刺激間質,上皮和內皮細胞生長
4  Stimulates endothelial chemotaxis 刺激內皮細胞趨化


Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) 血管內皮生長因子
1  Increases angiogenesis and vessel permeability 增加血管生成和血管通透性
2  Stimulates mitogenesis for endothelial cells 刺激內皮細胞增生


Connective Tissue Growth Factor (CTGF) 結締組織生長因子
1  Promotes angiogenesis 促進血管生成
2  Promotes cartilage regeneration 促進軟骨再生
3  Promotes fibrosis and platelet adhesion 促進組織纖維化和血小板粘附
